 Steve Wraith has a fascinating story to tell. From unremarkable and sometimes harsh beginnings in Newcastle, Steve has forged a successful career as an author, actor, broadcaster, promoter and prolific fund raiser for charity. At the age of 16 Steve was already a budding entrepreneur printing and selling t-shirts and producing a football fans magazine. At this time he also had some very famous pen pals, namely Ronnie and Reggie, The Kray Twins. The offer of free advertising to the notoriously publicity hungry twins was the start of a close relationship that endured until the deaths of Ronnie, Reggie and older brother Charlie. Steve's book, 'The Krays. The Geordie Connection' is like no other book ever written about the infamous sixties gangsters as it covers the final years of their lives behind bars written by someone who was in close, face to face contact on a regular basis. Steve Wraith is a highly entertaining speaker. He has a wealth of stories to tell about mixing with some of the UK's most feared criminals yet still remaining on the right side of the law.
